Official Email Policy
An organisation-controlled business email (name@company.com) remains the primary identity for verification, account ownership, authorisation, notifications and the audit trail. A personal or free email address may be recorded as a secondary contact channel only — it cannot authorise a bid, withdrawal, award or contractual instruction, and is not treated as evidence of company authority unless independently verified.
For auction timing, bid value, ranking, extension, withdrawal, acceptance and award, the authenticated platform record and system-generated audit trail prevail over informal email, telephone, WhatsApp or personal-message communication.
Communication Integrity
— ReverseBids.net will not disclose one participant's confidential bid information to another.
— The contact form is never a channel for exchanging bids outside the auction workflow.
— Suspected collusion, impersonation or unauthorised representation may be investigated.
— Auction-sensitive requests may require identity and authority verification.
— Material communications may be retained for security, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

Never enter a password, OTP or full financial credential in any field.
